Xenon Depot HID Kit
Anyone have on of these? Are they plug and play or do you have to splice some wires? I would like to put one in my new Accord but don't want to have to modify any wires as I don't want to void the warrenty as if I have wires cut up I have a feeling they'd blame anything that goes wrong on it. They might not but I don't want to take that chance.
I've had their kit (4300k) for a few years now. It's plug and play. Power is drawn directly from the battery. It uses one of the headlight plugs in a way that's similar to a remote wire for an amp -- it just uses it to switch on the power. Each ballast has it's own ground wire. It also comes with some generic instructions (some of which won't apply to your Accord), wire taps (I have no idea why, b/c they're completely not needed nor mentioned in the instructions), zip ties, self-tapping screws (to mount the ballasts), and I think even double-sided tape.
Mods: I'll delete this if it breaks the HT TOS... (I'm not sure if it does or not.)
