Default Comfortable Suspension for EF civics and CRX's Dail Driver

I tried to make the thread title easy for future searchers as i have had no luck with searching.

The story: I currently have omnipower EG coilovers on my ef, and the ride has finally gotten to me. I love the response of the suspension to challenging roads and track but it just too stiff for my taste on the street. The car has recently been demoted to full time daily driver and i am looking for a spring/shock combo that will allow a pretty big drop without sacrificing too much comfort. I understand that a lowered car is obviously less comfortable than a stock ride, and i am willing to compromise some quality (Just not as much as these omnis!!

Cliffnotes: looking for a decent drop that will be comfortable. What spring rates or products??

Current ideas: Sprint extreme springs w/some off the shelf shock, maybe some crazy oem combo?

Extremely open for discussion/opinions. Thanks for reading.

I have H&R sports and Koni yellows on my 91 hatch about 1.75'' drop and a firm but not harsh ride, best mod so far.

i'm not a fan of my neuspeed race springs. they're the perfect drop in my opinion, but the ride is incredibly bouncy. i've got them on tokico illumina shocks set on "3" in the front, and "5" in the back. my apartment complex has a **** ton of speedbumps, and it sucks going over them...even super slow.

Had a ride in my friends CRX the other day, Koni Yellows and Neuspeed Race springs....absolutely amazing. Not rough at all, nor bouncy.

I will be getting this setup ASAP!

H&R Sport Springs, OEM Shocks.

Couldn't be happier, handles great, stance is great, and maintains rideability. Can't ask for more with only $170 spent...

I am thinking about this setup, the konis have an adjustable lower mount correct?? that would be quite an advantage for me (seaonal changes)

Thanks for the input guys, and keep it coming

I don't know about the omnis, but I have the Ground Control coilover conversions and some KYB AGX shocks.

I see this as adaptable as I can get without spending a ton of money.
The ride height is obviously adjustable.
The dampening is changed with a screwdriver. I leave it on full soft for the street...pretty comfortable.
The last part is not as easy as the first two, but you can change the spring rate. GC sells a wide variety of spring rates for their coilover. I have one set that's about 30% stiffer than stock and another that's about 140% stiffer. So I can swap springs to suit my long term needs. It's a little easier than a normal spring swap and modestly cheaper.

Mine is almot tucked at all 4 corners without dipping into preload. As i said these omnis that i have are from an eg, and might not be the same as the ef ones...

Thanks for the input guys. Does anyone know if the konis have adjustable perches??
