i have a B18c in my del sol and im trying to get it tuned... this guy matt shu does tuning in my area and he said hed street tune it for 100 bucks but he said i need a chipped ecu... i looked on j-k-tuning.com and phearable.net... i send it for around 100 bucks but phearable.net says that u tell them what u have on ur car and they set up the ecu so does it even need 2 be tuned? or is the ecu that phearable.net does actually tuned already?
