Default Can't pass emissions, need suggestions!!!

Im screwed. I can't pass emissions with a check engine light. I also found out today I can't change where my car is registered without completly changing the address where I live.

My car doesn't have the wiring for the secondary O2 sensor, and it doesn't have the wiring for a fuel tank pressure sensor.

Any suggestions on how to wire in an O2 sensor, or how to fool the ECU into thinking I have one?

I may just have to get my car working with no CEL's, and then sell it to buy an older civic. It is the only way I can see myself passing emissions every 2 years, while have a turbo kit with hondata.

**** the EPA!

I passed the driving test back in November. My car will still run plenty clean to pass the emission portion, but I can't even get to the driving portion of the test without passing the OBD2 test first! It really sucks.

My friend works at the emission place, he can't hook me up. Turns out the state is looking very closely at the emission stations.

Plus, I did disconnnect the CEL.....problem is they hook the car up to a scan tool...so they can pull all the codes anyway.

Oh, they only do this for 96 and up cars. Mine is a 97.

You are going to need to get another O2 and add the wiring then wrap the O2 sensor in foil.

That beats the O2 issue........

As for the Fuel pressure sensor......I would just wire that in......I don't know how complicated it is but, the less codes you have the more fun it is to drive.

NGK ZFR4F-11
These are plugs with extended reach for a "hotter" burn
use these for the smog check, and the smog check ONLY
they burn a lot hotter
use this with an adjustable FPR and lower the Fuel pressure to as low as the FPR permits.
This should give you some good results
Also, hope you have a good cat!

Problem is I couldn't figure out how to wire in an O2 sensor before, I hope I can now. Also, it turns out the GSR ecu I am using now isn't throwing a code for my fuel pressure sensor....but another P72 I had awhile back did. They were both supposed to be from a 96.....
