Default Help! H22 into a 4th gen CEL 12, 17 and 41 CHECK ENGINE LIGHTS

ok so I got a USDM h22 engine out of this prelude that I saw running and it threw no codes when it was in the prelude at all..

The engine is installed in my friends 4th gen accord but we are getting CEL 12, 17 and 41 the car is responsive and quick but redlines at 6500 RPM (probally due to the CEL lights)

can someone offer any advice on where i went wrong when installing the engine to clear these codes.. Any help would be great! And where and how to solve the code!
or if there is any way to bypass any of them that would work too.. cause the car runs great.

Oh I forgot to add the speedometer in the car does not work.. nor does the odometer.. it worked just fine before the swap was done.

Its a USDM h22 engine with a manual transmission and a p13 manual ECU.

Thanks

just so you know I will post what each code means

12

86-98 Civic
85-98 Prelude
94+ Integra EGR Lift Sensor (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) defective circuit or unplugged / defective sensor
* invalid code for non-equipped EGR valve vehicles

17

88-98 Civic
97-98 CRV
88-98 Prelude
94+ Integra VSS (Vehicle Speed Sensor) defective circuit or unplugged / defective sensor

41

92-98 Civic
97-98 CRV
90-98 Prelude
94+ Integra Primary Oxygen Sensor - Heater circuit malfunction

which EGR valve did you use? accord EGR valve has the same connector as a VSS. probably mixed up the plugs, since they reach to each other. try swapping, thatll probably clear 12 & 17 and your dash problems.

o2 - let me guess, his car is an LX? if so did you extend the wiring properly to the new O2 location?

Thank you so much.. I am sure swapping the plugs will solve this!

Just one noob question.. where is the vehicle speed sensor plug located near?? sorry about being dumb

PS the car is an EXR with a factory header

you can always get a chipped ecu and make the o2 go away...also be able to make a bit more power and tune for mods...

Chipped ecus are like 160$ shipped with base maps...Not a bad option

did you end up just using the o2 sensor that came with the prelude downpipe? it could be possible that it was damaged while removing everything if his old o2 sensor is known to be good, try swapping it back in as a test...
