Check engine: code 36

I just helped a friend put a jdm H22 in his prelude, and one of the codes he is throwing is a 36. Anyone know what it is?

ghost code, its for traction control on the 4w p13 ecu. it wont affect driveability at all

do you need a little hand held computer thing to check the cel or is there a way to make it say, display on your clock ?

dumb question probably.
