I was driving my car (01 GSR) the other night and my car was sounding a bit different at idle and low rpm's.

I got about halfway home and felt my car start to jump forward a little bit...I didnt think much of it until it started to do it alot as i applied the gas more and then my CEL came online.. I stopped my car let it sit for about 10 - 15 min and turn my car back on and the CEL was off and my car just sounds different when i lightly rev it out of gear... Everything driving wise was fine after..

I took it to acura and they couldnt find anything wrong with it.. I had the service records looked up and there was nothing major done to it just the every 10k mile check service's done to it.

Any clues? It sounds as if the valves are off and it felt like my car had no bottom end + the jumping feeling constantly.

 

should have checked to see what CEL code it was flashing.
