Default GE and ARP head studs: lube bottom threads or not?

after searching a bit here on H-T i see that some people lube their head studs' bottom threads and some say not to do so. What should I do? I have GE head studs but I guess its all the same ARP or GE...

make sure your threads are clean and i would put some oil on the threads just a thin coating

lube it up.

the bottom thread only has to be like 10-15 ftlbs max into the block. check the website of whichever company you got the studs from for instructions. i have the aebs ones and i think it was oil on the bottom and moly assembly lube on the top ones.
