Blue Smoke
Recently the car has been giving me strange and bad signs. Usually at the school parking lot waiting a few hours for class to start, i would sleep in the car, turn the ac on and every 25 min turn on and off the car to get cold air. When its time for me to head to class, and drive off the nearest parking spot, the car puts out a heavy and large amounts of blue smoke and after 4 min , it will go away. The car has been babied and routinely maintained. I dont know what could be the reason, the plugs, wires, air filter, caps, rotors, has all been changed. The mobil 1 ep oil is at 7k miles of use, I added honda coolant to fill to the middle mark because i would observed the reservoir to always be below the MIN mark. Now its fine. So whats causing the brief heavy smoke. Any suggestions.

I would start off by changing your oil. Even if the oil and filter say they are good for 7500 miles, I would not trust them to last that long. It is always best to change it around 3000-3750 miles. Try that first, see if that does anything.
it sounds like the oil isnt draining out of the head correctly. that would be because you havent changed your oil in 7k miles. so oil is chilling in the head and when you start it some of the oil is getting past the valve seals.
just an idea

i wouldnt change your oil every 3500...with mobil one. that **** isnt cheap for one and its gaurenteed for atleast 5000.
And the coolant fluxuates when its cool and warm just like anything from hot and cold.
i would change the oil and the oil filter asap and see how it is then. if its still doing the same thing you might want to check the head. could just take valve cover off and see if you have oil on the plugs.

ive mentioned this before....but another good way to try to advoid burning oil is using a thicker type of oil like 10w40 or 20w10...for cars that have over 100k miles on it. but there is a good possibility thats its what others mentioned above....but PLEASE!!! change your OIL!!!! & your OIL FILTER...use thicker OIL to stabalize the OIL...
Why would you use 20W10 when stock is 5W30?
When I drove my Accord during the winter I put in 10W30 and then 5W30 in the winter. If anything add some Lucas oil additive.

yes correct stock is 5w30....but after awhile the engine becomes warn and its is told after 100k miles it good to use thicker oil once your engine begins to burn oil...it happened to me in 3 cars that where 91-93 and using thicker oil did fix the job....of course unless you do have shot rings, bad seal....etc.
