Default crx intake maifold upgrade

wich intake manifold would be a upgrade for crx 1.6l 88-91 and thottle body,fuelrails and injectors.going multiport but insted of using stock manifold from crx 88-91 i might as well get knew parts. ani input please.

Get a Y8 intake manifold, it's what I'm doing now thanks to Bart. He convinced me too.

y8 go for it im about to do that aswell it will be worth it some people even choose those over aftermarket intake mani's since these flow about the same for way cheap.

what do you mean what about them they should come with intake mani. and you will be ok once you do the mpfi swap

You won't need a new fuel rail, stock will work just fine and injecotrs you shouldn't need unless this is a built or boosted motor

d16y8 manifold will it work on 90 civic dx auto if it does what size of injectors needed

What are your power goals, I think if you go with a larger TB you will loose some bottom end but probabaly improve the middle and top

iam going to mpfi. the intake manifold needed for that is a crx 1.6l but instead of getting it from junkyard. i want to get brand knew 0ne but the up grade version of that. i was told it is the d16y8.what year car does manifold cames off.

it comes on 96-00 civic ex's
but the one you want is from 96-98
99-00 has a different flange

will a y8 manifold bolt right up with sensors? I was told its lacking an intake temperature sensor

from the information i have and pictures,the sensors are the same in your case,but in my situation i am going to have to splice wires.i just recently found out that it does matter if car is an auto or manual,i have an auto i heared that i woul have to drill a hole on the intake in order to instal some kind of valve?
