YUP. Depending on how you want to go about it. What I did is I went to a junk yard, found an EX, put my fut on the dash and the other roughly where the center console was, ripped the **** out of the dash to get out what I could not with tools (in a timely manner), and seperated the wiring coming directly from the door jams. You'll find that there are two wires that lead to two "other plugs," and the rest is straight forward as to where it plugs up between the door jams and the fuze box. All you have to do is find the two plugs that resemble the two extra you have on the harness you pulled and splice them in. I layed the power door harness right over the top of the original door wire harness that existed. It may sound choatic, but it really is straight forward once you get under the dash.
Another way to do it without pulling the dash is to just cut them at the door harness, get your own colored wires and mate them up accordingly. For that, you will have to ask someone else though. I have only done what works for me.
Wish you luck...

Pick a spot, drill a hole, scrap the surface paint to expose the metal, wrap the ground wire around the screw, screw it in, and your done.
I will add thoguh, that after I did this, the car shocked the hell out of me for a while, so uhhh... this is all at your own risk.

What I do know is that the stock locations (good idea by the way), if I remember correctly, flow right back to the wireharness plugin in which it gets fed through the rest of the wire harness. What I noticed is that with the power door harness, there is one or two more negative lines that are larger due to the use of power options. That is why I chose to go the route I did... I think. Using the stock locations is definately a good idea, so if any one true guru knows how to work this out, "bless" us with your knowledge.
Pretty much. To keep it short this time, I got the door harnesses, and fished out the harness between the doors / under the dash, and plugged it in right over the top of the existing under-dash harness. The two extra wires mate to the plugs that are pre-existing and meet up at the fuze box under the dash. It is a lot more simple than it sounds.
I recomend pulling the entire harness setup and you will be in the mix.
