is there a site or does someone have a layout of how to read the codes and what the codes are? any help would be great.

 

Pull back the carpet on the passenger side foot well to expose the ecu....Then turn the key to the on position and watch the light on the ecu blink (its a red light).....Short blinks = 1 and long blinks = 10........So for example if you get 5 short blinks,that is code 5......If you get 1 long blink and 3 short that is code 13... then look here for troubleshooting https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=468260
