VTEC=Smoke???
Right when i hit vtec it blows out a little puff of smoke, is it just unburnt fuel?? Is it not suppose 2 do that?? or is it?? Just curious..TIA

It could be unburnt fuel but you should careful it may be coolant...i had this problem and found out i was leaking coolant from the head, my gasket was blown!...get it checked out just to be safe....what colour is the smoke comeing out of the tail pipe?

I take it that this is bad? How can one stop this?

I think it's just oil being burned off, cause a friend of mine has a GSR and when his secondaries open up a little puff of backish grey smoke comes out... There's nothing wrong with his car so I suppose it's normal... White smoke coming out you exhaust means a blown head gasket or piston rings... If it's white, then check head gasket and internals, otherwise I would say it's normal... HTH... Just my .02...
