does your car throw codes? It's pretty easy to pass in PA with cars built after 95(?). They just plug the car up to a machine to see if it throws codes. For instance my rear O2 sensors are turned off in my tune becuase I'm about to remove them. I still passed inspection (machine) becuase my car was programed not to throw a code. Most small shops don't care about the visual parts. They have no clue that that isn't your factory motor.
