Not sure about the first set but the one in the second pic are BBS RA's...they arnt rare, just check out the for sale classifieds in your local craigs list or a local VW forum. I almost got me a set for $250 mint with good tires, they will usualy go for $300-$500 depending how what shape the tires are in. They look even better with the gold centers but I hear the wheels are very soft...If your thining of going with BBS's check out the RS's or RM's.

 

I saw those wheels today on an old school GTI They are BBS

no, they are mk2 jetta gli/golf gti rims

as far as pricing, check vw vortex 4x100 classifieds and ebay, they go for around $150-200 at the most with tires

 

yup VW rims.
