Everything under the hood is from a 98 HX, I have the old VIN tag and title if there are any questions

Title issues,(there are ways of getting a title, but im to busy/lazy to do so) so this would be great for racing that doesnt require tags

Exerior problems;
-the previous owner tried to shave the door panels, but only got half way through(one of the doors is from the HX, reg)
-rear drivers qp is pushed in right next to the tail light, bondo and a sander will fix that problem
-needs a paint job
-needs new exhaust, or a good welder

Interior;
-no rear interior whatsoever
-front interior is from the HX, center console is broken as a result of thieves stealing my(what was thought to be) irremovable cdplayer.

Upsides;
The car is ready to be seam welded and caged, easy access to wiring, weight reduction has already been done

Reason for ditching the project: I'm going back to school with a number of problems already, last thing i need is another one.
