Default Relocating oil filter?

I wanted to put my filter in my engine compartment for easier access. What I was wondering...

Safe or do they leak?
Is it not a good idea to have it and be boosted?
Anyone done this?
Good kits?

TIA guys.

not gonna happen. you can relocate your battery, fuse box, etc. but not your oil filter.

Of course you can relocate it. Other than the link that was just posted I am pretty sure there is more articles, just do a search. Either way my buddies is relocated and it works just fine no leaks or anything. It just takes a little more oil to fill cuz of the extra tubing. As long as you keep that in mind there should not be a problem

your filter is already in your engine compartment along with your motor.
