I want to know who makes the oil-filter re-route so that the oil filter isnt directly on the block.

That is a oil filter relocation kit. We could make and sell those.

How fast your car is has nothing to do with a relocation kit. Its up to you on how conventant you want your oil changes to be. These kits make it for a very clean oil change because you are in charge of your filters.

actually, what he described as to what he was looking for was correct. not in the best terms but he got his point across. you, my friend didn't read his description correctly. he already specified that its what the oil filter is attached to, hence the oil filter re-route thingy.... now slap yourself!

LOL! Well, if I knew what it was called, I probably would have had an easier time searching for it, and if that was the case the thread wouldn't have been made, now would it?

& to my knowledge, oil filters and oil filter relocation kits aren't the same thing but thanks for the info

seriously, if you don't know the purpose of something, you shouldn't open your mouth and prove your ignorance.

i'd personally like to have one to stop that bit of oil from spilling all over my block during each oil change.

a lot of people also get em when they run an oil cooler as well.

the OP hasn't been looking very hard though, these things are all over ebay, and most import site sell them for way too much money, seeing they can be built piece by piece for alot cheaper than most kits.

M-Factory has the cooler and relocation kit for a great price but i personally dont see the need for one on a street driven car
