Someone explain to me why white smoke come out?!

Default Someone explain to me why white smoke come out?!

I know it has something to do with coolant when white smoke come out of your exhaust at HIGH RPM (VTEC Engagement). But why does it do this when Vtec engage and not on regular RPM? Can someone give me some mechanical enlightment?

because there is such thing as a blown head gasket, and a slightly blown head gasket. at an idle the head gasket is not bad enough to let the coolent pass into the combustion chambers. and when vtec is engauged. there is more lift on your head letting the coolent seep through
