:sigh:

Stop asking about converting your 97 Accord to a 98-02 Accord. You can't do it. As we answered in one of your other threads, the hood and bumpers don't fit. In another thread we told you the fenders don't fit. Now, in this thread, we're telling you the headlights don't fit. If you want a 98-02 Accord, why not just buy one instead?

it has been done before I have seen this car in a magazine (cover) a year or so back it can be done however it will cost you allot of money and will not be worth it

I personally would just get a 6g accord instead it would save allot of time and money

i understand you like the 98 accord, i dont blame you my dream car is the black 98 V6 coupe, BUT you're better off finding one and and putting whatever 97 pieces you have to on it. But the 98 coupes look beautiful the way they are

damn, i couldn't tell it's a chop at all...l337 5k1ll 4 j00

at least do the SIR headlight, it's much cleaner and fits the 5th gen alot better imho, since it will not fit anything usdm, usually people with no clue but those and have to sell in on ebay next to nothing.

i see a pair of those done in a 5th gen, you couldn't tell unless you are an accord guy

SIR headlights are the same as the USDM ones in shape. I highly doubt it would line up properly with the hood. But then again that depends on you definiton of "properly".

i seen it done before, its possible, just gotta see how you gonna sport the conversion. For example, if you're getting full body kit "such n such" then the conversion will kinda match the scenario. But if you gonna leave it stock looking, then stay with the 97 look.

just my 2 cents.

im putting the lights and a bodykit front bumper from a 98 to a 2002 accord, I found someone who put the head lights on a 90-93 accord 4 door and the tail lights from a four door and it looks good so it should be fine on my 97 coupe. i got a body shop to do it. im also gonna put the mecedes c-series taillights or the g35 aswell

JDM 98 accord CL1 lights fit with a bit of fender modification (like everyone said). but.. if you're going for that 98 usdm accord look, good luck, find a body shop that does good custom work.

6thgen jdm accord lights. has the lines of the 94-97 accord lights w/ the HUGE and rewardingly fat side marker/turnsignal of the 98 usdm accords.
