Default blue smoke

i need an opinion on this, my friend was driving behind me the other day (behind obviously!) and he said when i was pushing hard and especially when i let off the throttle blue smoke comes out the tail, i'm thinking rings, my question is that on the track the car pulls slow past 100 and cant go any harder than 125-130 flat out out, could the shitty rings cause this?

gas should be blue, so rings would not be the problem in that situation

wrong too much fuel is black blue is oil sounds like since most of the smoke is on decel its possible that it could be pcv and or valve stem seals.

X2 do a compression test too.. Also do you have a 5spd or auto.. auto's dont go much faster than 120 if the wind is right...
