Default My best attempt at the egmike topmount manifold a/k/a the MacGyver

Well it all started out when I tripped across egmikes post about an ingenious idea to utilize your factory exhaust manifold and modify the second section into a top mount adapter. I was already a little boost hungry, and this was the perfect project to work on practicing my welding skills.

Here is his original post < https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1564066

After reading, studying, and doing a little practice on the good old flux-core welder from Sears, I was ready...

all in all, I am pretty happy, it turned out pretty good for my application and I couldn't be happier with only spending ~$15 on materials

here is the finished kit \/

it is good, I should have tracked down a better turbo, the turbo I am using is off a saab and has a round inlet, but i made the manifold for t3/t4 with square, so I am sure there are some flow issues with that, but other than that it runs like a champ and usually reaches full boost around 4k.
