Not that I know of but I do it the same way I u'd tighten a headgasket or valve cover down, start in the middle, and do ajacent opposite sides and work ur way out...like
Like this header (I'm pretty sure it's the type R header) I'd do something like
---9-----5------------1 2-------------6------8
---7-------------3--------------4-------------10
Torque 'em like, "okay" tight, nto too tight, but not so u can remove them with ur fingers, then do the same pattern and tighten 'em more...that should put a pretty even seal on the gasket...
