B16 Torque specs

LF: B16 Internal Block Torque specs
I'm putting a B16 back together, does any one have the torque specs for the block and head?

Thanx alot, thats really good to have.
The only thing i didnt find is the internal block specs, If any one has them , they'd be a great help, as thats what i'm starting to put together first.
