Mix n match transmission stuff
Ok, quick question, I've heard the S1 transmission from the jdm b16a is too small to fit a LSD, is this true? or does it only apply to OEM LSD's? Second, is the LS teg transmission big enough to fit one? If so, I can swap out my gears between the two, right? Or is it not possible? I would think it is, but I've never tried, because if it was, I'd just pick up an LS tranny, and put in the b16's 1-3rd gear or something.
ok I just read you can put a LS 5th gear into a S1 transmission, for that nice cruising speed, but that's not exactly what I wanna do, more like I wanna swap my gears into the LS case, if it will fit an LSD, anyone??
