yesterday car died on me but luckily i was close to home. so i got a jump start and it made it home. thought it was the battery so i changed it, it was due for it anyways. put the new battery in and now nothing works. no crank, dont hear anything turning on, no lights, no radio, no nothing. completely dead. and yes the battery is connected correctly and is well secured. thought that the battery was a defect so i put the old one back in and still nothing. i even tried to jump start it. anyone out there got any clue to whats goin on. help would be great. thanks

 

you might have put it in backwards? check your grounds and fuses

I'd bet my crappy *** D series on it! Or a loose connection

 

if it was the main relay he would still get lights.. check your battery fuse and your connections to the alternator im betting on the fuse or even ignition switch

 

i had a prob kinda like this a week ago , i jus got my car runnin from my swap and it started, but real week and later i wouldnt crankso were tryed 2 jump it but nothing so we pushed it and popped da clutch anyways i had a bad ground

 

tell us if u find that little bastard of of a problem hiddin in ur car and wat it is
