Default Coating Apexi WS Catback

Here's my story. On the waiting list for a RSR (as are many others) and was told that RSR will discontinue to make a full stainless steel catback. the reason for me ordering the RSR was because of the special coating around the muffler to make it look "somewhat stock" <--- sleeper in progress... anyways, i'm planning on purchasing the Apexi WS for my DC1, and i don't want to spray it with black spray paint since it will chip and crack. what should i use instead that will last the "life" of the exhaust?
