Default blown headgasket? bogging? GSR w/jrsc

1)----ok so im blowing white smoke out of my muffler wehn i hit vtec. I did a compression test and it was 170-190-190-190. i know its supposed to be consistent so would that confirm i have a blown headgasket? i also filled up my coolant to see if it goes down, i wont find out forsure til a week or so. My coolant is green its not milky or anything, oil i s fine as well.

2) my car seems to be bogging/jerks like around 2-3k rpm when im driving normally around town. I have a supercharger on my car. everything is stock besides the JRSC 6psi kit. FMU---. I use this car as DD and it gets annoying. Right wen i hit like 2-3k rpm the car starts bogging a bit then it jerks and goes. Its like my car isnt getting enough fuel> should i try fuel injector cleaner? new fuel filter?(car starts fine) Sea foam?

well i did the compression test it came out 170-190-190-190 so i think i have a blown headgasket. And i dont know if im running lean, i would think i am because of the setup is nearly stock, Does anybody know if my injectors are maxed out? i know i need a tune as well. Im pretty much on a budget

check your oil to see if there is any water in it. and check your coolent to see if there is anyoil in it. when you take off the oil cap look under the cap if you see white foam on it then yes your HG is gone.

for the timing, i think u might be right , but ill explain it more in depth, during like wen the motor is still kinda cold it'll like bog and jerk at like 2-3k rpm and then once it hits that rpm it just goes. it does that even in 5th gear wen im cruising along

when your crusin in 5th and you step on it dose it bog before it pics up? usually when this happens it's because of a retarted timing.

If you had a blown head gasket, it would overheat. It sounds like timing is off. The soultion to your problem is: Get it tuned.
