Default Built block, stock ECU, stock timing, injectors, adjustable FPR....what AFR should I see?

I need to run my built B16 (9:1 wiseco pistons, minor head work, oversized valves, sleeved, etc) WITHOUT the turbo for now. This is extremely temporary. I'm talking 15-20 miles TOPS like this until I can get it back to Hawaii to get tuned with the turbo on it.

I'm running a PLX M-500 to check on the AFR. I was trying to adjust the FPR to keep a nice 14.7 at idle but when it's like that, if I go part throttle it richens up way too much for me. Like into the high 10's and low 11's. I leaned it out a bit to where it's idling at 16.5 or so and got it to where it'll get into the mid 13's at partial throttle.

Anyway, what should I shoot for to get this thing running to where it won't blow itself up. I need to drive it for about 15 miles on the highway once I get it to Hawaii to go from the port to my house. Think I'd be ok the way it is right now? Running a tad on the rich side. Just looking for some advice here.

rich won't blow it up, lean will. youll just throw out smoke and run slower than you could if you got ir properly tuned.....however if you drive it long enough (more than 1,000 miles) you could possibly wash out the cylinders. are you only going to drive it 15 miles in all or 15 miles a day? because i would just leave it like it is then if your not driving it much until you can make it to the dyno.

Nah, 15 miles from the port to the house to put the turbo, bigger injectors, 3" exhaust, etc. on it, and then another couple miles to the tuner probably getting towed behind my buddy's truck.

yah the only time you need to freak out is which its lean, because then it will start knocking. with my greddy emanage setup i was running way rich for months, and now with the turbo xs im running way too lean in boost....so now im freaking out and looking for a dyno thats not booked up for weeks around here
