how to pass emissions?
will your ECU let you run on 3 cylinders? i met a guy who said he has done this to pass inspection, and the lady even told him "he had the cleanest breathing car sh had ever seen" is this crap? or can this be done?
do i want to let just one piston push the other 2 around?
no cat on his car either...

Sounds like B.S. to me. If you were only running on three cylinders you would be dumping a lot of raw fuel into the exhaust system Unless you could shut off all fuel and spark but the other three cylindes would have to make up for the dead cylinder. No, it wont work. No CAT. ? isn't that an automatic fail. Try unhooking a plug wire and seeing how you car runs. Like $h!t, that's hop. whoever told you this was pulling your leg.
to shut off all fuel and spark to one cylinder, you just unplug the fuel injector(the electrode for it) this stops the whole process for that one cylinder.
i know, i know, i know the geometry is bad for the motor, but that doesnt mean it wont work.
