Better quality then DC even though it's a copy of it. Good for 5hp. If all you need is a cheap header with minimal gains, go for it. If you're after real power, get an RMF. It'll run you $800, but you'll pick up about 15hp

of course im going for real power. arent we all, but i think i know what you mean.

i was going to go with either dc or greddy. i know that the good **** is expensive, but since my car isnt a track car, and its a daily. i wanted something that would fit that better. so i figured a dc or greddy. but i ran into the Megan company, and they have a header for the h22, and it cost less then the other two. does anyone have this? how does it sounds, hows the clearance?

u might want to try greddy with 2.5 collector mod. some people say its the best bang for the buck.

If I were you, I would get an RMF header made if I had the money. But if you are looking for something good in the mean time, just get a DC, Megan or a Greddy then save for the RMF.

hmm...with 400 bucks, just get a Greddy header and and do a collector mod on it, I think it should not cost no more than 400, or you can just get that Megan header and do the collector mod on it. The Megan one is way cheaper!

I don't see what the big deal is about the Greddy - - the primaries are essentially the same size as the DC header. Why spend $350 to get the Greddy then another $60-$100 to mod it (if you get a good piece of stainless and pay to get welded on) when you can get a Vibrant (Mugen copy) for $500 or better yet, a T1R for ~$800?

T1R and Vibrant are the only headers with better-designed primaries and larger collectors under ~$800. RMF, SMSP, and Hytech all run over $1000 in full stainless but make the best gains. They're the only serious choices.

So, it would still be beneficial to do the mod on the megan???
