I have been trying to find it in stock. All the places I have contacted say it is either discontinued or they cannot get it (even though they have it listed on their sites).

 

I have seen quite a few posts about people wanting to purchase or suggesting to purchase an RS-R Ex-Mag exhaust. At this point and time unless you get the Ex-Mag used you will be unable to purchase it. RS-R is redoing the Ex-mag line up. The plan is not to change its stock like sound or performance but to make the whole exhaust t-304 unlike the jet black they had coated over mild steel with a stainless tip. allthough planned to be full t304 they plan to actually reduce the price to a more competitive price to drive sales. Availability should be in 2 months

 

WoW, that's great news, I've really wanted one, but living in Canada, I've been holding back due to their materials of choice.

 

I guess I will have to wait, but hopefully it will be worth it.

Name? I have called 4 shops and it is the same story everywhere.

I actually called RS-R today, some chick picked up the phone and claimed the "new" designed exhausts are coming very soon. I admit I do not know if I trust her, she did not seem to know whats going on.

 

please do tell where "all over the place" is, because i called every authorized distributor in the US and no one has it....

 

i ordered mine off of options auto salon 2 months ago

i priced checked another website which had it for cheaper ( i forgot the website)

i'm pretty sure it hop up racing

so there were 2 places i could have bought it from (ending up buying at one place)

brand new in the box.

 

well options doesnt even have it on their website, besides im going to wait for the full 304 it ought to be nice

Still looks like a black pipe. So it's probably one of the older ones. (pre-black muffler versions)

called race inspired too... lol ive tried everywhere. the first shipment of the new exhausts that are full SS come this week for the integra to start with. us preludes still have to wait. So i've got a set of Vibrant Headers sitting, waiting to be hooked up to a nice exhaust.

anyone know when the new RS-R ex mag exhaust is uspposed to hit the internet retailers? Im thinking of going with a new exhaust, but want to keep a sort of stock look...

much like I have now...

they're still listed on almost everyon'e site that's not the point. the issue is that no one can get them from the factory so if they don't already have one in their own warehouse (and who normally keeps lots of Prelude exhausts in stock?) they can't get them.

this is exactly the problem i can find 20+ web sites that have pictures of it/for sale of it on their web site but none actually hve it.

 

Any progress sofare? It has to be here wright now if you believe other people.

RS-R doesn't work either.

I'm not suprised. It takes a bit of effort to set up each design to be manufactured, and if you only sell a handful of them you won't be making money.

 

I got mine off of ebay no prob.
