How much power do you get from a high flow cay? Is it worth putting one on? which would be the best for a 2001 itr.

I assume Cat. With my Mugen header, Mugen exhaust both 2 1/4 I picked up 5 whp and 5 ft pds on the dyno at peak. The best was the 15 pd ft and 12 whp near 4200 rpm as confirmed by the Dyno.

These gains are for the header/cat/exhaust combo right? Or did you really get 12 whp and 15 ft/lbs. just by adding a high flow cat?

No that is Just the cat alone, It was the bottleneck in the system, The car already had the intake, exhaust, header, vtec controller , cam gears, underdrive pulley..........The cat alone was good for 5whp and 5pdft at peak. The 12whp and 15 pd ft was in the midrange not peak. One of my good friends ownes a dyno so everytime I make a change the car is strapped on the dyno for comparision.
