How Do I Launch With LSD
I have a 92 4 dr civic with a b18c. I have pretty much every bolt on you can get except for pulley's which are on the way soon. I have i/h/e cam gears, fuel rail and regulator, MSD ignition with a coil. Mugen clutch with a Excedy flywheel, Apexi V-AFC and a ITC. I've tryed different RPM's to launch at but the lower I do it the slower I go but the higher I launch at the more wheelspin I get. I can shift perfectly and do everything fine but I'm not happy with my launching. Can someone give me some advice or some pointers.
Sounds like you sorta answered your own question. The lower the launch the more it bogs, and if you go high the wheels will spin. I guess it's time to go to the track and practice until you find the "fine line" to launch from. Drag racing a Honda requires a precise touch.

Your results may or may not be the same as someone elses. Best thing to do is to go to the track, using the trial-and-error technique to see what works the best for your combination. My experience is that it's better to have a little wheelspin on the launch with these low torque engines.
This may be as good as it'll get around here. Not many people drag race in this forum. Sounds like you need seat time to figure out what is just right for your car.
Best bet for trail and error, is start at 2,000 rpm and continue to increase the launch rpm by 500 each run, until you are getting too much wheel spin. Then back it down slightly.
My CRX w/ Quaife launched best at the strip at about 3000 rpm depending on the surface of the track. This can cahnge though from car to car, track to track, and even event to event at the same track. The surface is different based on how they treated it. You just have to be able to adapt.
Best tool is looking at your 60' times.

Right now I have 17inch Konig monsoon rims with 205/40/ZR17 Falken tires. I'm about to buy the Rota Slipstream's or the Circuit 8's with Toyo Tires. I'm not sure exactly which tires but they're something like T1s or something like that
