most likely will since the t bodies are nearly on the same place. do they not make a V2 for a ex?? If ur buyin from someone that u can contact personally, try test fitting

try findin pics of a b16 and a d16y8, Im pretty sure they'll fit. if the throttle body is pretty much in the same place, i would say so.
