well i have never really worked on a 4th gen prelude, but i did an auto to manual swap in my 94 integra. heres the setup im going to do for my friend

96 h22 that was in an accord thats 5 speed

94 prelude that was automatic

now i know the ecu's wont change because of the lude being obd1 and the motors donor being an obd2, but will the lude harness and distributor switch over to the obd2 motor? also will all the mounts from the accord fit the prelude? or will i have to use the auto mounts from the prelude? or do i need to get 5 speed mounts from a 4th gen prelude?

also will all the hydraulic lines line up from the accord< the pedal assemblies etc? basically i have a 96 accord with the h22 and a 94 prelude with blown automatic motor and i want to switch them, can anyone help me out here? also is it easier to just remove the dash when im switchin the pedals or is it possible with it in?
