Default 04 CRV running poorly..HELP!!!!

I have a 04 CRV with 40k miles that occasionallt runs like 1 cylinder has cut out.
I checked all the plugs and they looked all the same. I had expected 1 to look worse than the others. I put a can of dyr gas in and am hoping it will fix it. The local gas stations have started to add 10% Ethanol to the gas. Has anyone come across this and any ideas are welcome.

This is my first Honda and I was not expecting to have to mess with the engine at 40K miles.

That's definately strange. Is the check engine light flashing when this happens?
When exactally does it do this?

The engine light does not come on when it does this. You can feel the cylinder "kick in" sometimes under acceleration. It has been Very hot here lately.
It seems electrical.

it's hard to say what it could be. I think you should take it to a trusted dealer and have them check it out.

I would say take it to the dealer as well if you have already checked all the wires and plugs.
