Popping and hesiation..
Hey guys I have a 95 LS with 208k. Somtimes when I am driving and I am shifting from 1-2 or 2-3 I will get a lil popping sound as the rpms are going up, also say I am doing 30-40 and i put in 4th and cruise at that speed and than stepping on the gas to pick up speed i feel the car sputtering and hesiation a little bit. Its a lot worse if i have the AC on. It had never acted like this, and I had my timing/waterpump etc. done a few months back at Radley Acura.
What could be the problem...that popping sound sounds crazy and I need this car to last me until next summer cause i cannot afford a car note or another user at all right now.

Are you getting any CEL codes? There are a lot of things that could cause hesitation. When was the last time you did a tune up on the motor? Inspect spark plugs and you might want to try using some Seafoam.
No its not throwing any codes...but you are right...i havent given it a tune up since last summer and used seafoam at that time.
Any other possibilties?<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by Calsonic »</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">Are you getting any CEL codes? I am having the same problem on my DA, so I'm just waiting to find another TPS so I can swap out.</TD></TR></TABLE>
