Default guess you could say its time for a facelift :(!

Well heres the rundown. I had stoppd at the mailbox at my g/f's house so she could get the mail. She got a letter about how she had got a grant for college and was excited, so i turned my head for a split second a toyota tacoma drove over my bumper/rebar. Very minimal damage nobody was hurt. The only damage to the tacoma was a busted tire, no i repeat no body bamage at all not even a scratch on the wheel. All i have to say is the good Lord was watching out for us just a couple of inches back and my beautiful R motor would have been toast. He was running about 50 miles an hour down a small country road. I just thank God that nobody was hurt, cars can be fixed or even replaced buit lives cant!

So i'm sorta a on the side body guy, i have done body work on cars before and i think this will be an easy fix. THe core support is bent, but its only at the top and its only cosmetic. THe hood and fenders still line up good and open close fine. The hood shifted about 1/4 of an inch, but it will adjust out. I have to say it hit in an optimal spot!

The radiator was punctured during the accidnet. The foglight bracket poked a hole in it. I had just finished installing some oem foglights which are now MIA...lol.

SO i'l looking to buy a usdm core support with reinforcement bar. 98+ bumper headlights and corner lights. I would also be interested in a full JDM front conversion if anyone has one available. Just PM me if you guys have any of the parts i'm looking for.

Oh one last teaser pic of my R swap its a 99 JDM R with 29k on it. Runs like a champ.

Help me decide and help me track down whati need.

yeah really lucky, i'm just glad my girl or the other guy wasnt hurt. I def believe that someone was watching out for me. It had potential to be a serious accident.

And another plus is its all cosmetic besides the rad support which isnt a big deal. The rad support is salvageable, but i figure why not just go ahead and replace it while i'm at it.

Go JDM front manngg Might not be enough damage for you to debate for one but I think its still worth it in the end, just add a bit of cash after insurance. Looks 100x times better than any usdm front imo hehe...

Fawk the big ol jdm front integra bandwagon, i love the hell outta my USDM front, and i'd rather spend some change on the performance aspect rather than parts for the front that i dont need.

And BUMP for parts.

And this is comin out of my wallett, so no insurance involved. They like to be dicks so i'll just foot the bill for a few hundred. I never get what i want when i have to deal with the insurance.

Thanks to both of you guys. Its coming along nicley. Still looking for a core support rebar and 98+ bumper.

I managed to track down the rest of the parts.

Also while its down anyway i'm doing a wire tuck stripping the sound deadening from the interior and removing the ABS. Finished the tuck this weekend and i'm waiting on the RS brake lines.

New 2in mishimoto aluminum rad will be here end of the week along with the brake lines and prop valve. Headlights and HID are all in the mail also...cant wait! I'll post pics soon.

So BUMP for a usdm core support, rebar, and front bumper!
