motor mount insert
No, It is the bolt that holds the mount to the cross member. You just need a long extension to get to it. Remove the bracket that holds the map sensor. Feed the extension through the heater slide switch then put the socket on the extension.
It is not hard just harder than the rest.

I just got mine, I'm gonna do this this weekend. I can remove my rear bracket with 1 arm tied behind my back and 1 eye shut. Infact, I might even take a picture of me doing that

They are inserts you you put them on the stock rubber, they are cut to fit inside the openings in the mounts to stiffen them up, they even fix ripped/torn mounts, jst put one on each side and then some have those zip tie things put those in and tight then them or just push them in as far as they go and reinstall the mount...they really aren't that difficult, the hardest part is removing th mount from the car
Dont think it makes too much difference, but I like to put a little of that window-weld stuff in there with them. It's the stuff people use to make the ghetto poly inserts, polyurethane in a caulking gun. just put a little in there and squeeze the inserts in, it will hold them in there pretty well so they wont pull out when you don't line the mount up right installing a motor or something. Also I've heard these things squeak... never heard one squeak doing it this way.
