I wanted to buy some stuff from this user. It was a tanabe muffler and a S2K antenna + kit for the DC2. He asked for 150 for both items, shipping included. I sent him a check for 150. I hadn't heard from him in over a week so I decided to message him again.

He said he lost the check and I would need to send him another one. Well I costs 30 dollars to cancel a check so he knocked it down to 120. He tells me that everything is packed and ready to ship and I would need to send another check. I send him another check and then I haven't heard from him since. It's been over a month.

I messaged him every few days asking for an update, but I never got anything back. I messaged Reid and George Knighton asking for advice. George got a hold of Stanzor.

So it turns out that Derrick (Stanzor) was in a major car accident and is being hospitalized. His brother Jared was speaking on his behalf. Jared told me that the box in ready to go and once he confirmed with his brother that payment was recieved (which it was since it was cashed already), he would send out the box with a tracking number.

That is the last I've heard from Stanzor. I continued to send messages every few days for a week or two.

If anyone can help please let me know. He is located in Corona, CA.

File a complaint with the police.. or talk to a lawyer. If all else fails, post up his address and name. Pretty sure contacting the police is your best bet, hope you saved all the conversation you've had, and you already have proof that the checks were cashed also under his name I'm guessing.

 

Are there any other suggestions? I will be trying to contact the police this weekend.
