Default 1990 CRX A/C tension pulley install

My A/C was making noise so I pulled off the belt. Some point the pulley on the tensioner fell off. Well I got a new one and maybe this will fix it since it has bearings in it. I need to know how to install it. One side you can see the bearing and one side has metal covering the bearing. I did get the littlemetal bushing with the pulley. I put it on today and it appears it is not spinning so the belt just get's hot. I removed it.
What is the correct way to install...bearing facing the motor or facing the fender.
I usually work on old VWs but this little CRX will scream and is a blast to drive.

Here is a little secret that will help you with all sorts of Honda stuff.

Majestic Honda is a good source for reasonably priced factory parts over the internet. What helps you in this particular situation is that you can enter their site and see the factory parts diagrams.

Go through the steps as if you are going to buy that AC part and look at the diagram (print it out). That should show how it's supposed to go together.

Here is the link to Majestic
