Default Forgot to put the flatwashers on the head studs...

Just realized that I forgot to put the flat washers on the headstuds between the nut and the top of the head. Should I leave them off or put them on?

If I should put them on, should I untorque all the headstuds at once, then put the washers on, or should I undo one at a time?
If I should undo one at a time, should I do it in the loosening sequence, or tightening sequence.

Thanks for any help, its the ARP headstuds, on a D16Z6.

loosen and re-torque them in the tightening sequence and your head gasket will be fine.
