What can I expect Folks!!?
Ok. I took off my exhaust cuz it was illegal. I put my stock exhaust back on.
For my GO mods, now I have: AEM CAI, DC 4-1 Header, 2000 ITR Cams, Skunk2 Cam Gears, VAFC.
I don't have the ITR cams, Skunk2 Cam Gears, and the VAFC installed yet. But my question is: After I install all my parts and Dyno Tune it, How much wHP can I expect? What about 1/4?

I'm not asking for a straight answer. Just an estimate or a guess. That's all I'm asking. I'm totally lost and have no clue how much wHP i will have with this setup... Anyone?
if you just drop it all in you'll have between 160 and 165 but with some tuning you can probaly get at least 170 or 175, although actually since you have it all restricted by a stock exhaust that is gonna hurt you bad so you can subtract at least 5-10 hp for that. go to http://www.geocities.com/dynocenter/home.html theyve got some similar setups

With that Skunk2 IM....shouldn't you switch over to a ITR AEM-CAI? Will the GSR CAI be too restrictive?

With the S2 IM, I thought I DID need an ITR Intake, but my shop said they can modify it to make it fit.

you think its worth losing low end to gain up Top?? I personally would like to have a nice Top end. Wouldn't mind sacrificing my low end, but if i lose TOO much power on the bottom, i would have to think bout it again...
I would just get a type r intake. It has a larger diameter to give more airflow, and is designed to fit that manifold. You will get a very noticeable gain by using CTR pistons, just be prepared to do lots of tuning to guard against detonation; your compression ratio will be around 12.3:1, which could be difficult to run on pump gas.
USDM ITR pistons, JDM ITR pistons...jdm itr will put you at about 11.3:1, which is very streetable and will give you good power. US itr will put you about 10.8:1 or so. Coupled with ITR cams and a skunk2 IM should make some good power.

K maybe like 14.4 ish. But remember, its very hard to make a car half a second faster.

my friend kinda has the same set up on his 00 GSR. But he has the ctr intake cam and the itr exhaust cam. Also, he doesnt have the vafc, but he has a chipped ecu and has the full msd ignition set up. He also timed his car on the nitto street slicks at the Sacramento race way and pulled 14.25 ALL DAY, but he also knows how to drive his car good!
