Default secondary o2 sensor

I recently redid my exaust (went from a stock lx setup, to 4-2-1, bpipe, and axleback exaust) I had to lenghten my secondary o2 sensor to reach the new cat. it still reads the same as it did before, I just finished cleaning it with brake parts cleaner to get rid of all of the extra crap on the build up (I had it on the bottom of the header before I put the cat back on, so I was worried about some types of buildup) is there any way to "cheat" the ecu into believing that everything is fine so I won't throw a code? I'm looking into this as a just in case measure incase the cleaning job doesn't work out as I planned. thanks for any help

oh, it's a 96 civic lx (for now.... planning a Franky swap)

im pretty sure you can buy a little chip for like 30$-40$ that takes care of the secondary o2 sensor

well.. that didn't work. I'm worried that I might have done something to it when it was in the bottom of the header for a few days. I guess honda doesn't warranty aftermarket exaust systems, or modified o2 sensors (with elongated wires)... so.. it's either I have to buy a new one and lengthen the wires again, or find a way to cheat it... or if anyone else has any ideas?
