90 accord stalling unless gas is pressed and held
I am posting this for a friend.
He has a 90 accord. The was backed into his driveway, washed and then the problem with the stalling started. The car start then immediately stall if gas isn't pressed. It will stay on only if gas is held.
He changed the fuel pump the next day and said that there wasn't any fuel spray. Distributor cap was also changed.
No CEL, I will go check it out tonight, any tips on what it may be? I will check for a spark even though I am sure that there is one.

TPS or some other electonic devilry. It could also be his Main Fuel Relay, sometimes they go bad and have those symptoms
Thats my two cents.

Found the problem. It is a bad ignition of all things. I noticed that on the on position none of the dashes lights or the radio would turn on. They only came on while I started to turn the key to start the vehicle. I held it in that position after starting and it worked.
Now he needs a new ignition.
EDIT: Searching this problem shows that it is pretty common in accords. Is there a recall on this crap?
