annnnd why would you want to do that? You're putting more strain on the starter by doing that, because it has to spin the tranny internals as well as the engine if the clutch is not disengaged.
It would be a simple matter of splicing a wire to bridge both sides of the switch contacts.

well ocassionally on really really hot days the car wont start with the clutch pushed in so I have to apply pressure with my leg to the plastic panel kinda where the fuse area is to get it to start..
does this make any sense? it never fails me when i put pressure on the plastic panel.

Sounds like a wiring and/or switch problem. I would replace the switch, it's probably not very expensive. Also disconnect the switch and check for continuity between the wires.

What does disabling the clutch safety switch have to do with what you mentioned?? I dont think anbody starts(willingly) a car in gear. They would either have the shift lever in neutral (or clutch pedal down if in gear)
And to answer your question, some do that for remote starting of the vehicle (although that is the ghetto way of wiring it for remote start)

In gear or not, the starter would still be spinning tranny internals if it's cranked over with the clutch still engaged.
