obd 2 ---> obd1 tach wont work! please help!

Default obd 2 ---> obd1 tach wont work! please help!

yesterday i put my 2000 gsr swap into my 93eg.....everything went well except the RPM's ... they're not working,,,, i searched on how to wire it but no luck. any help

2000 and 2001 receive the tach signal from the ECU. the engine's harness is missing the tach wire from the distributor to the shock tower.
run the one wire at the distributor that has no connection on the engine harness side to the blue wire at the driver's shock tower.
