I repalced shoes a while ago, now driver side rear wheel is giving me a scraping noise from the back.. it goes away when I turn to the left but when I'm going straight again it still makes the noise. I had the window down and it's squealing something fierce.

Anyways, I'm familiar with the procedure of cleaning it all out adding new grease etc. but I don't know how to tell if it's the inner or outer bearing, is there a way to tell its spun by looking at it ?

 

i don't think anyone is going to have a solid answer especially on a 2g. best thing to do is get in there and have a look see. by spining it by hand and wiggling im sure you can find the culprate.
