the car running P28 Kenji's chipped...everytime before i started the car i have step on the gas pedal before i can start the engine or else i can't start the car. it's something clogged or bad fuel pump??? thanks for your time guys..

 

Well, if your car starts, and runs smoothly after that, I don't think it would be the pump. Maybe a clogged injector?

Well, maybe we should look at your fuel filter first, unless you've changed it recently. It's cheaper than the injectors. But if you have done that, I would just clean them, and see if the problem goes away.
